The draft Will must be substantially completed during the conveyancing process, and a draft Will will be prepared upon exchange of Contracts and finalised on or shortly after completion of the conveyancing transaction. |

The client must provide full details and all required information by RG Solicitors to enable RG Solicitors to draft a Will for Life. |

The client agrees to RG Solicitors contacting them on an annual basis, so that RG Solicitors ensure that update to the client’s Will are made where necessary. |

The client agrees that RG Solicitors may contact the client on a regular basis with any information or updates that RG Solicitors believe is of use and beneficial to a client’s circumstances. |
