How much does conveyancing cost?
For a property up to £500,000 our fixed fee conveyancing will be provided at £450 + VAT + disbursements, on a no-completion no-fee basis. Typically for every £100,000 increase in the property price over £500,000, the fixed fee cost increases by £75 - £100 + VAT.
The typical disbursements are: Bank transfer fee £23.50, Office Copy Entries £12.00, Professional Indemnity £75.00, Data storage, photocopying £25.00. For properties over £500,000 please call for a quote.
