Conveyancing

1. CN will pay £100.00 + VAT to a referrer,regardless of completion, for referring a regular paying client to CN
2. RG Solicitors will pay £25.00 + VAT to an estate agent, on completion, for referring a regular paying client to RG via CN
3. The referring estate agent is considered to be the agent who influences the client

   3.1          If more than one agent refers a client then the influencing agent will be considered as being the one who is directly involved in the sale/purchase transaction
   3.2          If 3.1 (above) does not provide a clear result then the influencer will be determined by the first referrer to register the client with CN.

4. CN will pay a further £25.00 + VAT to a referrer, regardless of completion, for completing a Conveyancing Instruction Form, including full payment details
5. CN will pay referrers their commission mid-month the month following the referrals

HIPs

6. CN will pay £50.00 plus VAT to a referrer for referring a regular paying client to CN
7. The referring estate agent is considered to be the agent who influences the client

7.2          If 7.1 (above) does not provide a clear result then the influencer will be determined by the first referrer to register the client with CN.
